• How do I view or edit my account information?
  • You can view or edit your account information after you log in to Transfee under "account settings" in the left menu.
  • Can I set a Transfee account without a phone number and/ or email?
  • Transfee needs your phone number and email address to verify your account. Therefore, you cannot set a Transfee account without your phone number and email. Note:you can search for borrowers and lenders by seeing a general profile for the borrower or lender in Transfee’s main page without the need to log in or register an account. However, to see the full profile of the borrower or lender, you need to be logged in.
  • How do borrowing and lending happen on Transfee?
  • To borrow or lend money on Transfee, you need to have an account. After you create an account, you can log in using your account details and request for a chat with a potential borrower or lender. Transfee allows you to share documents, chat via our interface. The actual lending and borrowing are performed through a local or international bank of your choice or alternatively through your own methods. Transfee does not interfere in any way with your transactions.
  • Is there the need for any credit or debit card verification?
  • Transfee does not require money verification of any source. However, the lender may require documents from you to secure safe lending of money. The actual transactions will take place outside of Transfee.
  • What if I forgot my password and/ or username?
  • If you forgot your password and/ or username, you can click "forgot my password and/ or username" and use your email, security information, and phone number to reset your account. The steps are very simple to follow.
  • Where do I view my dashboard?
  • You can view your dashboard under "Home", "dashboard".
  • How can I select loaners?
  • You can scan the list of available loaners by loan amount, country, history, and interest rates. This list will be available in the homepage. It is also available after login to Transfee.
  • What are the fees for setting up a Transfee account?
  • Setting up a Transfee account is completely free of charge. However, the application charges a chat fee of ### $.
